Palletizer
The palletizer is the machine enabling palletization or in case of need depalletization of round bottles and jars from the diameter 40 mm and higher but also square bottles and jars only with pusher though.
The palletizer according to drawing number 2 188 is the machine, which works semiautomatic. Its utilization is especially in production line for packing of products.
As for control the palletizer can work entirely independently or it can be included in shared control of entire production line.
The part of the palletizer (it is not drawn in the drawing number 2 188) is by default aligning table with aligning bar, roller conveyor (if carrying away or feed of pallets on roller conveyors is required) and distribution box with palletizer control.
The palletizer requires electric energy to work and compressed air for universal withdrawal head with grabs or bars and moreover vacuum for vacuum or hose withdrawal head.
Palletizer accessories above standard include withdrawal head turning, alignment of stacked layer of products by means of pneumatic alignment frame and machine insertion of lead between product layers.
The palletizer is operated by one worker.
